General conditions

Pre-orders

All items are sold on a pre-order basis. Our Pre-Order Terms form part of these Terms of Service, and by completing checkout you confirm you have read and accepted them.

Product information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions and images are accurate. However:

  • product images are illustrative, and minor variations in colour, shade, texture and finish may occur between the images shown and the item received
  • colour reproduction varies between screens and devices
  • dimensions are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance
  • we may make minor changes to materials, components or construction where a substitute of equivalent or better quality is required, without prior notice

Minor variations of this kind are not defects and are not grounds for a refund.

Pricing and errors

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and exclude any customs duties or import taxes.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even where the order has been confirmed.

Orders and payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us.
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order enters production.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably suspect of fraud, misuse, resale in breach of these terms, or use of an unauthorised payment method.
  • An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance of it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, video, copy, logos and branding — is the property of [BRAND] and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [BRAND] shall not be liable for:

Product use and supervision

Our products are pet accessories. They are not toys and are not chew-proof. Please supervise your pet's use of the product, inspect it regularly for wear, and discontinue use if it becomes damaged. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, unsupervised use, or use of a product in a damaged condition.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the USA and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
